Celia received her Bachelor of Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2007 with a double major in Finance and Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Celia holds the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66) and possesses her Life & Health Insurance Licenses in the State of California (#0G90704). Celia also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. She is Notary Public in the state of California.
