About Me

I care about 3 things in my professional life: - education - entrepreneurship - money I have dedicated my entire professional life to develop the unique skills, experience, and mastery to fulfill my life's purpose. My personal mission is to change the agreement in the education system so that education works 100% of the time. In the current paradigm, the agreement is based on the philosophy that "you can bring a horse to water, but you can not make them drink". This puts the responsibility of learning onto the Learner absolving the Teaching System/Teacher of the responsibility of ensuring that the Learner learns. I believe we should start in two places: 1. change the agreement so that education innovators (open and willing to consider that we have failed to fulfill our promise to Learners in our current education system) are stimulated to come up with unique solutions to produce higher results. For example, if you buy a package of 10 lightbulbs at the store, you fully expect that 100% of the bulbs work when you get home. If 1 lightbulb does not work, the agreement of the manufacturer, store, and consumer is that you can bring back the "defective" purchase for a full refund or a replacement. No such universal agreement exists in education. 2. create a working education model with a specific, measurable, unique education promise (UEP) to its Learners then work to fulfill that promise 100% of the time. This model should be fully transparent of its Learner's results benchmarked against the promised results, share lessons and methods with other innovative education innovators, and continuously adjust or adapt to the lessons learned until the 100% result is achieved. I do not believe that trying to "fix" a broken system is the way to innovate. Instead, our approach is redesign the entire education ecosystem, build from scratch, and produce a working example of what is possible so others can copy it and make their own UEP. I LOVE EDUCATION. My grandfather instilled the idea of constantly learning. I have invested in my bachelors degree, personal and professional development seminars, masterminds, coaching, books, online trainings and more. I see the power of education to elevate my consciousness into the highest version of myself, and to move forward my personal vision I have started creating a UEP within the professional training world long dominated by "gurus" and coaches often unaccountable to the success of their Learner clients. Then, I plan to bring my methods into Higher Ed, and ultimately back to my roots with K-12 ed. Join me!
